GRIPS engineers will conduct a stepwise analysis of the underlying data to understand project feasibility and derive the necessary inputs and data for system design.
Our objective is to develop a feasible, best practice system concept, that fits the customers characteristics and preferences. The resulting commercial proposal is based on a preliminary systems design and simulations.
Based on an agreed proposal, GRIPS experts will proceed with a detailed development of the solution. This includes engineering, contracting of implementation partners, final customer contract as well as financing and legal structuring.
We focus on our role and responsibilities as system owner and investor. As such we award the best fitting implementation partners, among local or international EPCs for procurement and construction. We supervise and manage our contractors close, to achieve implementation in time and at highest quality standards.
Following a successful commissioning, we remain accountable for delivering the agreed performance. Therefore, we take full responsibility for the operation and maintenance of the system.
